Your Host

Dr. JT Kostman has spent his career at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Psychology, and Tech Innovation.

He served as Chief Data Scientist at Samsung and Chief Data Officer at Time, Inc. Over the past 30+ years, he and his teams have built cutting-edge AI-enabled solutions for organizations ranging from Global Tech Giants to U.S. Intelligence Agencies.

On the startup side, JT co-founded CodeLock, which TechCrunch named one of the Top 200 Tech Startups Globally.

He has guided dozens of new ventures from ideation to exit and helped steer hundreds of millions of dollars into promising tech opportunities as a Venture Capitalist, Investment Advisor, and C-Level Tech Executive.

An educator at heart, Dr. Kostman has taught Strategy and Leadership in the MS/MBA programs of several prominent universities and has keynoted and spoken at hundreds of conferences in over a dozen countries.

When he’s not working, you’ll probably find him indulging in one of his three great passions: mentoring up-and-coming entrepreneurs, restoring and riding vintage motorcycles, or playing Blues Guitar (very badly).
